Ok so something slightly fucked has happened with the shipping of fr0g s001

There was a mix-up and some fr0g s003 with K11 spot [frozn whole] were shipped by accident. Obviously the fr0g s003s were still under wraps and planned for a future release, but now this has happened..
I have been working on coming up with a fair solution to this issue since i found out about it this AM.
Here is what I came up with:
Customers that received the fr0g s003 [frozn whole] by accident will have a choice:
1. Keep the frog s003/k11
2. Send the frog s003/k11 back and receive your fr0g s001/k11 as ordered.
3. Keep the fr0g s003/k11 and pay an additional $115 and receive your fr0g s001/k11 in addition.

If you receive a fr0g s003, email ferg@playge.net with your decision, and we will take care of you.
make sure to include your name, shipping info and paypal transaction ID. You can also forward your paypal confirmation for the fr0g order, if that is easer.

In addition to this post I will be sending out an email to customers to make everyone aware of this mix-up and the options available to those affected.

I am bummed that this has happened, but I think this is the best way to take care it.

what would you rather have us do, Ferg?

I mean, If i get one and you rather give them all back im down for that. If at this point you really feel that the surprise is busted and want the money difference is fine as well by me.

I also think that allowing people to get the Frzn and also pay money to get Froggies is odd, since that means that then they dont have to be at the drop to order it. Unless of course its a retail version.

im cool with actually doing as you rather see fit.

threezero does that, but they got so many things that this sort of thing happens from time to time. that is the game.
