The DKE SDCC came with a bonus/extra brain. I belive the brains where made all white, Luke and or Ferg said they didnt want all white but pink so they had all these extra white brains and decided to throw them in with the SDCC DKE Young Gohst.
There are four different white brains, normal, infected, crystalized, and Booger brain.

any elaboration, or description for what these look like?

I think the pink ones were different but we'll have to wait for people to chime in.
I also asked Ferg about the picture on the header becuase it looked familier, he told me it was from the the old Alien ad from the the late 70's.

I have 2 different white brains, Haven't opened the packages to look at the pink brains though.

Well the booger brain is squished. i think they said one of the brain sculpts they squished it in there hands and that was the end result.
On my white brain, it is infected just hard to tell. white for me was hard to phograph, and the pink was normal.
Oh i also forgot to mention the tongues are differednt as well

I definitely have 2 different pink and 2 different white. are there 4 of each, or 2 of each?

I haven't opened them yet, but there are 2 different tongues. one tongue is split the other is not. originally I was muling, but with these different things, I may have to figure something else out.

Yea, i wanted to get another one but oh well. there will be a retail one soon, so i'll wait for that one
