Headphones

What are you guys rocking? I'm looking to invest in a nice set soon. I've had a few lower end sennheisers and I'm using some incase over ears nows. They actually sound pretty good but I want GREAT. Looking to spend $125-$150. Any suggestions?

I have the Bose AE2i headphones. They have iphone control and microphone on them. They're solid
