Funny thing: anyone who comes over always wants to play NES, without fail. Below that shelf not in the pic are my NES, N64, and GameCube. SNES is in the closet somewhere; the upper plastic half yellowed a lot.

RE: the 20" Parka - I had to put the arms through the sleeves backwards, and even then it was difficult. The hands were definitely too big and the sleeves not flexible enough to put it on the regular way. Still totally happy with my purchase, even though I was on the fence originally. I love this guy. Now to ensure my cat doesn't knock him over (again). At least I have carpet and he's not that high up.

Did you see your cat knock him over? The helmet on the 20" can shift as well as the head. Mine has nose-dived a few times without any assistance from anything.

I would be really careful displaying these at height, just in case they nose-dive.

No, I did not see him knock it over, and I have seen it topple on its own another time. But he does jerky things like knock things off tables while I'm at work and it's just easier to blame him.

Re: Assembly 20 - Builds

Post  DanHazard on Thu Apr 28, 2016 7:45 am

Hello.

First post, and also got my first Squadt's at the Assembly 20.  I had seen some of Ferg's work after getting into Misfortune Cat boxes, and saw the Squadts, I thought they looked real neat, but was sad to see the only place I could seemingly find any were eBay for high prices (I've since realised these aren't just cheap in general).  Anyways the 20 event was cool, I don't think I introduced myself to anyone but Saint, who happened to be in front of me in line.  I look forward to maybe posting a bit more and getting my hands on a few more Squadts for my budding toy collection.  Maybe I'll see some of you all at future events if I can afford to make it out.

Anyways now for pics of my first two Squadts.  Nothing fancy here.  My only regret is not getting a green cap, but what are you gonna do?

hehehe, I braved the wrath of my GF and made her stand in times square while I managed to snag one the other day. He's too tall for my puny display case, I'm gonna have to find a neat pose for him.
